Warranty & Service Cancellation Policy

1. Contract Cancellations

A signed roofing contract may be cancelled by the client within fourteen (14) business days of signing (cooling-off period), in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@rooferswansea.org. If specialized roofing materials have already been ordered specifically for the property, restocking fees may apply.

2. Survey and Scheduling Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours of notice for modifying or cancelling a scheduled roofing survey or quote inspection. This helps our local surveyor manage travel routes across the Swansea and South Wales service area.

3. Workmanship Guarantee

Above Roofing Ltd stands behind our craft. We provide a comprehensive workmanship warranty on all full roof replacements and repairs. This covers resolving any issues related directly to our installation. If you notice any issues with our work, contact us immediately and we will return to inspect and rectify it.

4. Material Restocking Fees

If a contract is cancelled after the cooling-off period, and custom materials (such as specific slate, tiles, or flat roof membranes) have been ordered and delivered, the client is subject to restocking fees charged by our local UK supply merchants.

5. Warranty Claims

To request service under our warranty or satisfaction guarantee, email your original project details, photos of the affected area, and a description of the issue to info@rooferswansea.org. A surveyor will contact you to arrange a site visit within 24–48 hours.
