Above Roofing Ltd provides professional residential and commercial roofing solutions, including roof replacement, slate and tile repairs, leadwork, chimney repairs, emergency tarping, and insurance claim support. All services are governed by a written contract or quote signed between Above Roofing Ltd and the client prior to project commencement.
Any cost calculations or estimates provided verbally or through initial phone discussions are projections only. Final pricing is strictly based on our physical, on-site survey and outlined in our formal written quotations.
While Above Roofing Ltd assists clients with documenting storm damage and communicating with building insurers/loss adjusters, the property owner remains solely responsible for all invoices and any outstanding contract balances. Payment terms are defined in the written agreement.
Clients must provide our crews with safe access to the roof/property and access to electricity where required. Above Roofing Ltd is not responsible for dislodging satellite dishes, antennas, or solar panels unless specifically contracted to do so.
Above Roofing Ltd is fully insured, carrying public liability and employers' liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues, interior water damage occurred prior to our tarping/repairs, or structural damage due to preexisting timber rot or design flaws.
